    There are 9 key ways we self-sabotage our success and happiness. Prior to the call you will get a link to complete the assessment that will identify the unique patterns of how you self-sabotage. On this call we will dive into your results to help you identify your blind-spots and recognize how you are creating the opposite of what you want.

  • PQ Score Assessment

    Your PQ Score is the relative strength of your mental fitness. Prior to your call you will complete this 2 min assessment. Independent researchers have validated this measure to be the greatest predictor of how happy you are, and how well you perform against your potential. This will be discussed on your call as well.

  • Identify Stuck Points

    We will get clear on where you are today, and what you are stuck and struggling with. By bringing clarity to where you are stuck, you have new insights about yourself and situation which opens the door for how to get unstuck. How you self-sabotage is a habitual behaviour and mental pattern, so without coaching it can be difficult to see it happening and its impact.

  • Future State

    Often we are get so stuck in “sabotage-land” that we can’t see where we want to go. On the call we will bring clarity to what you want in the future. Mental fitness is the tool in the middle that helps bridge the gap between stuck point and future state. I will share more about how mental fitness will get you from A to B.
